Rewrite for SLURM

Override the --output, --error, and --array options from sbatch to be able to predict log files correctly

error handling when job output is not the required format when there are array jobs
making sure gridtk submit does not use the command options as interspersed options
report shows the submitted command for debugging
The log of only one array task can be seen.

Migrate to using pixi for CI and development
