There is no `ptbench experiment` script in this package

We need to create this script that does the following:

1. Runs training
2. Runs analysis:
   1. Prediction
   2. Evaluation
   3. Train analysis

It receives arguments from all the scripts and then articulates training and analysis do perform a full (unattended) experiment.
