Disentangle “common” parts, re-usable in the context of biosignal/software/ptbench>, and move them to a new package (mono or multi-repository?) (ETA: 3 weeks)

1. Move “common” part to new project biosignal/software/basetorch> (ETA: 1 weeks)
2. Move “detection” part to a new project biosignal/software/deepfind>, make it depend on the common part (ie. “basetorch”), make sure to DRY (ETA: 1 week)
3. Make biosignal/software/deepdraw> depend on biosignal/software/basetorch>, make sure to DRY (ETA: 0.5 week)
4. Make biosignal/software/ptbench> depend on biosignal/software/basetorch>, make sure to DRY (ETA: 0.5 week)
5. Take 30 minutes to 1 hour every day to study alternative frameworks that can potentially be used in the framework (see Point 3 below).
