Fixed small bug when stopping the scheduler; re-enabled the test (after leaving it more time to execute).

Added functionality to re-submit jobs; some bug fixes; added first unit test (so far it tests local execution only).

Added a job manager that executes jobs in parallel on the local machine; use jman -l to enable; This feature is still under development and might be buggy.

'jman refresh' now also ignores 'INFO' messages (as generated from the SGE) when --ignore-warnings is enabled.
