Move the tutorials to bob's documentatoin

currently, we have two tutorials:

• https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob/wikis/Tutorials
• https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob/wikis/Bob-Starter-Course

How about we move this into bob's docs? The first page of bob's documentation really needs a tutorial.
