bob.measure.far_threshold missing tests

Created by: anjos

Hello,

I noticed you placed a function for computing the threshold given a certain FAR at bob.measure. This method is very useful, but it was wrongly coded w.r.t. the default arguments. I have fixed this on commit 5644f048. I have also taken the opportunity to improve on the documentation for each input variable.

I noticed there are no tests for this method. Could you please implement them?
