- [ ] Modify `pyproject.toml`,
- Add information from `setup.py`,

- [ ] Modify `conda/meta.yaml`,
- [ ] Remove test and documentation commands,

- Use the nicer format instead of the URL,
- [ ] Add the project path to PATH in `doc/conf.py`,
- [ ] Remove `version.txt` and put the version in `pyproject.toml`.

- [ ] bob.extension is still called a C++ extension package and the documentation needs to be revisited. Most of the useful docs for development should move to bob/bob.devtools
- [x] The tutorial in bob/docs is gone and we need a new one. The other pages need to be revised.
- [ ] bob/bob.bio.base documentation on creating csv datasets is not complete
- [ ] bob/bob.bio.base documentation on legacy should be removed
- [ ] bob/bob.bio.spear documentation and leaderboard needs updating
- [ ] bob/bob.bio.face leaderboard needs updating
- [ ] bob/bob.pad.face needs new baselines. the package is empty as of now.
- [ ] bob/bob.pad.face needs new documentation after baselines have changed.
- [x] bob/bob.bio.vein still uses nosetests instead of pytest
- [ ] bob/bob.devtools we need to command to install all packages inside `bob-devel`. That is creating a conda env with all bob dependencies and without bob packages.

I just upgraded Sphinx from 1.6.3 to 1.7.9 in our CI.
We have been having very weird errors in the CI like https://gitlab.idiap.ch/beat/beat.backend.python/-/jobs/148810
which I have no idea why they are happening.
A good solution, IMHO, is to upgrade all dependencies to the latest version
to make sure we include all the upstream conda packaging changes in our CI.
However, this Sphinx upgrade is resulting errors in our documentation build process.
One example is here: https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.measure/-/jobs/148925
I am opening this issue to keep track of all the Sphinx issues.
If you see a build failing because of Sphinx issues, please open an issue
in the repository of the respective package and point back here so we can
track it.https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob/-/issues/255Remove traces of evaluate.py and other old plotting scripts2020-12-15T08:44:53ZAmir MOHAMMADIRemove traces of evaluate.py and other old plotting scriptsOnce the plotting scripts are implemented in Bob, it's a good idea to remove traces of them in the documentation too.
