The documentation of the file list database is outdated

During the workshop, we spotted the documentation of the file list database interface (https://www.idiap.ch/software/bob/docs/bob/bob.pad.base/master/vanilla_pad_features.html) is outdated.

It doesn't match with what is currently implemented.
