Please use bob.io.image functionality

In https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.learn.tensorflow/blob/578f27a291000b4f60466c972c2298bee911ca50/bob/learn/tensorflow/datashuffler/Base.py#L153 bob2skimage and skimage2bob first should be functions not methods, second, they should instead use https://www.idiap.ch/software/bob/docs/bob/bob.io.image/stable/py_api.html#bob.io.image.to_bob and https://www.idiap.ch/software/bob/docs/bob/bob.io.image/stable/py_api.html#bob.io.image.to_matplotlib
