Tensorflow 2 compatibility

This package does not work with tensorflow 2!

@amohammadi no, I don't have. I don't use this package in my code.

But may be we can use the MTCNN package from Kaggle instead? Do we really need this one?

I have made most of Bob working on Kaggle except bob.bio.base which is being fixed in bob.bio.base!183 (merged), this package, and bob.learn.tensorflow.

@tiago.pereira which of these classes are worth porting?
