Release this package

Hey guys,

We have some new features in this package since the last bob release.

Follow bellow a small summary:

• Added the function bob.extension.download_and_unzip in the core functionalities
• Add click generic options
• Several click stuff implemented by teo

What about release a new version as soon as bob.nightlies is green??
