Fixed bug when doc() functions where used twice; enabled :py:class: entries for types; unified display of types.

Set the default alignment to 72 characters since the package level documentation indents 8 characters; added possibility to declare FunctionDoc objects being member functions.

Adapted documentation to use double '\n' for block separation; improved automatic indentation -> several levels of indentation are now correctly handled.

Replaced C++11 feature for (auto element : list) by iterators since the Ubuntu 10.04 compiler doesn't like this feature.

Removed dependency from bob; removed usage of std::shared_ptr; Checks for missing and wrong parameters are now always performed.
