In my system (macOS Mojave - 10.14) and as well on the previous version (10.13), when I `conda activate` an environment containing `bob-devel` and installed compilers, the value of `${CONDA_BUILD_SYSROOT}` is not correctly set. ```sh $ conda activate bug (bug) $ echo $CONDA_BUILD_SYSROOT /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs/MacOSX10.14.sdk ``` Since in bob/bob.admin/gitlab/conda_build_config.yaml, the value of that variable points (correctly) to ``/opt/MacOSX10.9.sdk``, this should be same when you `conda activate` the environment.
