The Docker image used for Linux builds breaks beat/beat.editor> build

The bob scripts used to use the docker.idiap.ch/bob/docker-images/c3i-linux-64 Docker image. This image provided the required OpenGL related packages needed by beat/beat.editor>.

This is not the case anymore with the latest changes that happened with the change to quay.io/condaforge/linux-anvil-cos7-x86_64.
