The after_script in bob.devtools CI instructions is broken

Does not work in the CI and silently fails. You can see it in: https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.devtools/-/jobs/272337#L675

Ok this seems to be a pending GitLab issue for the past 4 years: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/-/issues/1926

I will try and implement a workaround on that (until GitLab really fixes it upstream).

The reason is that the context is different in before/after scripts. There's an unclear security reason behind this.

I will check that.
