Added new protocol for IR images

I have added a new IR protocol that includes the files from cam6, cam7 and cam8. Tests still need to be updated, so this is WIP.

You might want to have a look into my implementation anyways. Maybe I am doing something terribly wrong. However, tests pass (at least after recreating the database).
