Change file structure of the files in this package

In the IJB-C original file structure, the /****/database/IJB-C/IJB/IJB-C/images/frames directory has more than 100k files in the same directory.

Our /idiap/temp is now complaining about it and we are not able to run experiments on it. We need to find a solution to this.
