@amohammadi: any tip for solving this? I tried changing the versions, but that did not work.

Only the linux build is affected...

It needs to be fixed from Anaconda side. Tiago has already opened two issues for this.

@amohammadi: it is very intriguing the reason why click=7 triggers this bug in opencv...

opencv does not directly depend on click...

And frankly speaking, click=7 does not depend on anything else than python itself. This makes no sense at all.

BTW - if I take the package list and try a conda create on my Idiap machine, it works fine!

Situation is worse than I thought - we cannot re-build bob-devel as is. The problem is not related to click at all, as all clues pointed to. Last known successful build of bob-devel was 29.12.2018. Recent tries are failing on opencv.

@andre.anjos I just rebuilt bob-devel from master branch locally and nightlies are green. So I don't think there is any problem with our bob-devel. Do we really need click 7? If you need it for bdt only, please just update it there. I think you are creating a circular dependency here ...

click=7 is needed so you can install bdt alongside your own installation - bdt requires click=7.

As for rebuilt bob-devel from master branch locally and nightlies are green, I'm amazed by this. A simple conda-build from my linux box does not succeed. Nothing related to this click upgrade.
