Merge branch '4-nightly-build-is-failing' into 'master'

Updated the reference files

Since we updated the `bob.ip.facedetect` (bob.ip.facedetect!1) last week, was necessary to update the reference files in the unit tests for this package.

I also bumped a minor release since the experiment results may be slightly different because of this update.

@mguenther, I will accept this merge, but feel free to revert it if you see something not correct.
