Could you be more specific? Where does the --allow-missing-files not work? What is the error / indication that you think it doesn't work?

Sorry for the lack of information. For instance, during the UBM training the --allow-missing-files doesn't work in the k_init, k_step, gmm_init and gmm-step.

Look here:https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.bio.gmm/blob/e8d4b0b2249a0dbf7b16e6e98b5cae41d515b2a4/bob/bio/gmm/tools/gmm.py#L31. The features are just stacked.

I will patch these functions.
