MTCNN models should not be with the code

Big files should not be in a git repository.

TODO:

• Upload the model (src/bob/bio/face/mtcnn.pb) on the WebDav server (like https://www.idiap.ch/software/bob/data/bob.bio.face)
• Use the download utility to retrieve the file at runtime in bob_data.
