Resolve "Confusing defaults documentation on bob.bio.base scripts"

PS: This branch is now properly rebased w.r.t. master as well.

Yay, test are passing ;-) Let me take another approach given this change is really minor: I'll merge it right away (since bob.bio releasing is imminent now) and get this on board for the next release.

I am not sure if your's is better than mine. If people do not (want to) specify the directories, there is little chance that they know, where files are written. In the documentation (at the end of this section: http://pythonhosted.org/bob.bio.base/experiments.html#running-experiments-part-i) it is quoted:

Note At Idiap, the default result directory differs, see ./bin/verify.py --help for your directory.

With your modification, this is not true, the default is not printed in the help message anymore, while with mine it was.

On the other hand, when -vv verbosity is enabled, file locations are printed out on console, and the default should be documented somewhere.

The defaults are printed with --help. I'm not sure I understand what you're raising.
