No way of plotting open-set DIR curves

Though bob.measure provides a plot for DIR curves: https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.measure/blob/master/bob/measure/plot.py#L495 this has not yet been implemented in to evaluate.py.

AFAIK, this is the last peace to be transfered from bob.measure in order to tackle bob.measure#25 (closed)
