change ylim on ROC and EPC plots to better show results of biometric systems with very high accuracy

Not using bob.measure.plot anymore; replaced all tight_layout (which generate warnings) with 'bbox_inches=tight'

remove matplotllib rc modifications since these can be changed with an rc file without modifying the code

Added single scripts to run preprocessing, extraction, enrollment and scoring separately; Fixed command line use None by default
