Removed dummy-missingfiles database

Created a mechanism to return None at certain probability

Implemented command line option to properly handle files for which the preprocessing fails -- resulting scores will be NaN

First version of (locally) running verify script and some dummy implementations of database, preprocessor, extractor and algorithm
