PyPI points to Pythonhosted.org

Even though we moved our documentation but on PyPI pages the is a link called Package Documentation which points to Pythonhosted.org. I think this is automatically done by PyPI. @mcernak first noticed this.

Maybe we should delete our docs from Pythonhosted.org?
