Broken deployment for bob.db packages

After retrying the deployment script: https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.db.nist_sre12/builds/58193, the fix pushed seem to have corrected the problem.

Correction: db.sql3 file not included in the distribution!

That's ok it was not in its manifest.

Oh that is OK - I checked manually on the CI and everything is in order. We can close this one.
