OpenCV in gitlab build env

The builds are failing for the bob.bio.vein package (biowave_temp branch): https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.bio.vein/pipelines/5338 The reason is the absence of OpenCV in the build environment. Is it possible to add it? In particular the following version: opencv 3.1.0 Thank you in advance! Olegs
