bob.bio and database packages in torch5spro

We released the bob.bio framework and several database packages last week.

We should have this in the latest conda env (bob-2.4.0...) in torch5spro, shouldn't we?

@amohammadi do you have any script that update these environments, like we had in the past when we were using the virtual-envs. This is important, so every person in the office can do it at any time.
