Very high memory requirements for evaluation phase

I'm unable to run evaluation on a machine with 8Gb of RAM using the TBX11k dataset (protocol v1).

The app consumes an incredible amount of RAM (after 20 minutes running, it has reached 50 Gb). This should be a simple analysis - I don't understand what takes so long or consumes so much memory!
