Missing masks

Currently, most of the supported datasets provide masks for the retinal region, except for some for Optic Disc/Cup segmentation:

• stare (already done)
• drionsdb
• drishtigs1
• rimoner3
• refuge

For completeness, it would be good to provide these. A method using simple morphological operations such as watersheding and opening may solve it for most images.
