[Reports] Lock/publish report and other features

Reports have now the following features:

• lock process implemented
• publish process implemented
• items become undeletable in locked/published mode
• experiment included in a report become undeletable
• social sharing property of a report via a link using a number
• two views are accessible (for a contributor/friend/reviewer or for the current user editing the report)
• report via the user/report name url is only possible when report is published
