[report] It is not possible to see tables of a report under certain constraints

It is not possible to see the table of results in this public report https://www.beat-eu.org/platform/reports/tpereira/btas2015_mobio_male/ when I'm signed out.

However, if I access it via this unique report id ( https://www.beat-eu.org/platform/reports/751803513/) it works.
