[Report] Error: Bad Gateway when requesting documentation

For the report https://www.beat-eu.org/platform/reports/196390218/ from Chi Ho when requesting to send an email for completing the documentation after the dialog "Confirm e-mail to Chi Ho (chichan)" and pressing "Send" it pops-up an error message "Error: Bad Gateway".
