[toolchains] Cancelling edition generates a 404 (NOT FOUND)

How to reproduce this issue:

1. Create a new toolchain clicking on the New button
2. Click on the "red" toolbar button

Results in: 404

Should result in: toolchain list being displayed (or return to the previous page)
