Label bar for experiment does not memorize old labels

In many web applications, it is convenient to be able to select a similar text to complete a form entry such as the experiment label.

It would be convenient to either:

1. Allow the user browser to memorize what was typed before, or
2. Provide the user with old labels used on their experiments with a selector box

This would help the user organizing experiment labels a bit better.
