Editor will not start if Docker is not running

This either needs fixing and a better error message. Currently, the editor only reports Error while fetching server API version: ('Connection aborted.', FileNotFoundError(2, 'No such file or directory')).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
