Since the BOB infrastructure is used to build the BEAT conda packages and it is planned to drop Python 2 support by the end of the year, the macOS builds are already planned to be removed shortly, therefore remove it from this package. See https://gitlab.idiap.ch/bob/bob.admin/merge_requests/105
