Library support

A ticket for holding information on library support. Some aspects discussed over the last months:

• The easiest to start with would be: 1 library = 1 file, pretty much like algorithms.
• External (bigger packages) need to be installed with the processing environment.
• Libraries should be version-nable such as algorithms.
