This implies update of tests using them as well as
experiments.

This will allow clean separation with API v2 algorithms
and will make testing other elements of the platform
easier.

Fixing:
- Empty optional fields
- Missing mandatory field
- Wrong additional field
- Wrong value type

This will allow to do more tests in for example

beat/beat.editor>

The algorithm block was pointing to an invalid algorithm
The analyzers field was missing
The set for the integers dataset was wrong

These experiment while correct were missing the parameters
of algorithms having them in the globals section.

There's no prototype available for the experiment as it
needs to be configured with the content of a prefix based
on the toolchain selected for it.

The write method was wrong as well as there were missing
pieces in the class for it to work properly.

Adds schema file, beat.core integration, test files & tests

The migration script didn't properly copy the code.

Version of beat.env.system.python to 1.3.0r5
Version of beat.env.db.example to 1.4.0r5

It was useless since the file path was store in an unrelated
variable.

The named tuple was not used.

The network created during a test run was not properly deleted.
