The wrong path was used to generate the index.

Logging has also been improved.

The change was done prior to the creation of a unified test prefix
from beat.core and beat.env.backend.python before running this
packages tests.

These are the now the original algorithms of the platforms VS the
new versions from the latest development.

This will rsync prefixes of all needed packages in one place in
order to provide a single prefix like on development or production
setup.

This will allow the removal of the use of the Prefix class that was
mainly use only in tests.

This also fixes an infinite recursion bug as the path of the
index was incomplete.
