It provides a simple ncurses based cli GUI.

This allows to get the JSON data about the current
state of execution of an experiment.

As their name suggests, these commands will allow
to interact with the platform regarding the
execution of experiments.

Beware some of them are local only

Some arguments are lists instead of strings.

Reimplement experiments existing
commands using  plugin-based command line mechanism (Click).

Currently, once an experiment was run, nothing was printed anymore
as all the blocks are cached. This patch ensures that wathever the
state, the analyser output is always printed.

Now each cache entry is given under the block that produces it
