All push command have the same implementation. Therefore
move it here as a central command. This implementation
will also handle asset dependency upload.

These classes will allow to more cleanly provide asset
information through the chain of commands.

Only the cleanup of beat.cmdline was executed. beat.core
generated data were left as is.
